• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version.
• Location Data: Approximate location (only if you grant permission) for travel recommendations and local suggestions.

• Provide and maintain the Jetsetrrr service
• Create and manage your account
• Store and organize your trip information
• Provide AI-powered travel recommendations and assistance
• Send you important notifications about your trips
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Process subscription payments through Apple
• Respond to your support requests
• Analyze usage to improve our app

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication. Your data is stored securely on their servers.
• AI Services: When you use the AI Concierge feature, your messages are processed by OpenAI's ChatGPT to provide travel assistance. OpenAI's data usage policy applies.
• Flight Data: We use FlightAware API to fetch real-time flight information based on flight numbers you provide.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.

4. Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Data is stored securely with Supabase using industry-standard encryption
• We implement access controls and authentication measures
• Regular security updates and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all your trip data within the app
• Correction: You can edit or update your information at any time
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the app settings
• Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data
• Opt-Out: You can disable location services or notifications in your device settings

6. Data Retention

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days
• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

7. Children's Privacy

Jetsetrrr is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Jetsetrrr, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle payment data.
