Tap the "+" button on the Trips tab, enter your destination and dates, then start adding flights, hotels, and activities.

How do I upgrade to Globetrotter Premium?
Go to the Profile tab and tap on your subscription status. Choose between Monthly ($1.99/month) or Yearly ($19.99/year) plans. Premium unlocks unlimited trips, AI Concierge, and advanced insights.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple:
  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select Jetsetrrr
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
You'll retain premium features until the end of your billing period.
How do I add a flight to my trip?
  1. Open your trip
  2. Tap "Add Segment"
  3. Choose "Flight"
  4. Search by flight number (e.g., "AA123") for auto-fill
  5. Or manually enter flight details
  6. Tap "Save"
What's the difference between Backpacker and Globetrotter?
🎒 Backpacker (Free):
  • Up to 3 active trips

🌍 Globetrotter (Premium):
  • Unlimited trips
  • AI Travel Assistant

How do I use the AI Concierge?
AI Concierge is a premium feature. After upgrading:
  1. Go to the Concierge tab
  2. Create a new chat or select a trip-specific chat
  3. Ask questions like:
    • "Plan a 5-day trip to Tokyo"
    • "Suggest good restaurants for my trip"
    • "What should I pack for Bali?"
The AI can create complete trip itineraries and add bookings to your trips!
How do I set my travel preferences?
Go to Profile → Settings → Travel Preferences. Set dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, travel style, budget range, and interests to get personalized AI recommendations.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! All your trip data is stored locally on your device and accessible offline. You need an internet connection for:
  • Searching flights by number
  • Using AI Concierge
  • Syncing across devices
  • Accessing marketplace deals
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
  1. Sign in with the same account
  2. Go to Profile → Subscription
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your trip data and cannot be undone. Make sure to cancel your subscription first if you have one.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is:
  • Encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Stored securely with industry-standard encryption
  • Never sold to third parties
  • Protected with authentication

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Flight search isn't working
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you're entering the flight number correctly (e.g., "AA123" not "AA 123")
  • Some flights may not be in our database - you can still add them manually
  • Try searching closer to the departure date
Subscription not working after purchase
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Tap "Restore Purchases" in Profile → Subscription
  • Verify the purchase went through in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • If still not working, contact support with your order ID
AI Concierge not responding
  • Make sure you have an active Globetrotter subscription
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try creating a new chat
  • If error persists, try again in a few minutes
Data not syncing across devices
  • Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices
  • Check internet connection on both devices
  • Pull down to refresh the trips list
  • Try signing out and signing back in

How do refunds work?
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. For refunds:
  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Jetsetrrr subscription
  4. Request a refund
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID subscription settings.

  • Supabase (secure data storage)
  • Anthropic Claude AI (for Concierge feature, not used for AI training)
  • FlightAware (for flight data lookup)
